Common questions
Why can’t I see a tool?
Your studio controls access by role and assignment. Ask a studio owner or manager if your responsibilities require another tool.
Where should I start my studio day?
Open Overview, confirm the studio and date, then check Schedule. Open the relevant class, attendance, enrollment, or billing record before making a change.
Who should review a disputed enrollment or payment?
Ask the owner or manager responsible for that record. Confirm the family, class, date, and saved result first; do not repeat an uncertain action or promise a policy exception.
