Objective

Identify which public channel is enabled and distinguish its recorded status from a working public journey.

Before you begin

  • Use the Studio owner's authorized account. Have the affected class listing or registration link ready.
  • Connection health summarizes channel configuration. A healthy label is not a complete connection or registration check.

Instructions

  1. Open Settings > Integration health

Find Connection health and check the studio display name and Public studio path so you are reviewing the intended studio.

  2. Read all three channel cards

Check Website class widget, Hosted registration, and Parent portal discovery. Note each state and its detail, such as a catalog generation, registration path, Enabled, or Disabled.

  3. Compare the status with the approved setup

Ask the Studio administrator whether the affected channel should be enabled. For class availability, review the class publishing and Studio public integration settings through their own controls.

  4. Verify the affected public outcome separately

Check the approved public class listing or registration entry point. Compare what appears with the expected class and availability; record the exact page and visible problem rather than relying on a healthy label.

Result: You have the recorded channel state and a separate observation of the affected public page. Reading Connection health does not connect a provider or prove registration works.

Troubleshooting

Connection status is unavailable or the view says Restricted.

Confirm the intended Studio account and ask the Studio administrator to review access. Do not share credentials or attempt to work around the unavailable view.

A channel says disabled but the studio expects it to be available.

Ask the Studio administrator to check the approved public integration setup and class publishing choices. Refresh health after a confirmed change; contact Orbit support if the recorded state remains inconsistent.

A channel says healthy but its public page fails or a class is missing.

Record the channel, public page, affected class, and visible error. Review class publishing and availability, then contact Orbit support if the expected page still fails. Do not treat healthy as confirmation that the whole journey passed.

Result

Use the channel details and observed public-page problem to guide the next setup correction or support request.

Support

Ask a Studio administrator about channel availability and publishing policy. Contact Orbit support for a public-page failure or health status that disagrees with confirmed setup.
